Welcome to my blog about all things health.
I named it "On Belay" because that is what rock climbers say when one person, on the ground, has clipped the other person's rope to their hip. They use a series of pulleys to keep the climber safe while hanging from a cliff with only a few fingers, and making their way to the top pinnacle. When the climb begins, the anchoring person, when ready, calls out "On Belay." This lets the climber know, "I've got your back."
I hope this blog will provide you with the same kind of inspiration and support in your health journey.
